With years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve always thrived on connecting with people and bringing upbeat, positive energy to every interaction. While I’ve always adored animals, my passion truly took off when I transitioned to working at a dog daycare—where I quickly realized I loved spending time with our furry friends even more than with humans! :P
That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could combine my love for animals with my joy for helping people. As a Client Care Specialist, I’m thrilled to be part of a team of like-minded colleagues who share the same dedication to caring for pets like the beloved family members they are.
My own sweet girl, Marion, has passed on, but the love she brought into my life fuels my commitment to helping other families experience that same joy. I’m grateful to work in a place where I get to see animals bring happiness, comfort, and unconditional love to the people who adore them. 🐾
