A lifelong animal lover, Edith has been working with pets and their people since 2017. She joined Bay Cat and Dog Hospital in the spring of 2022, looking to expand her knowledge of pet care and provide owners with exceptional and compassionate service. She likes to describe her living situation with animals as a “mini zoo” — she currently has 3 cats, a crayfish, a dog, and 2 conures, and has previously enjoyed keeping small animals and reptiles. She has a special fondness for senior cats, which is evident when you ask her about her 14-year-old rescue Delilah (affectionately nicknamed Dill Pickle). She has big dreams to start her own senior cat sanctuary one day! When not at the clinic or working on her degree in English literature, Edith enjoys a good book, re-watching The Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, playing video games, and snuggling with her cats.
